Majestic Hotel Spa - Champs Elysées

I had a very happy and pleasant stay at this friendly hotel in Paris. The reception team made check-in easy and smooth, and they were always kind and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very big, extremely clean, and felt so comfortable and welcoming—it truly felt like being at home. I also want to thank both the reception staff and the doorman for always being so friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Thomas, who went above and beyond: we accidentally left behind some of our expensive belongings on our way to the airport, and he helped us get them back quickly & send it to our home country . We are so grateful for his support! Overall, everything was excellent—super clean rooms, warm hospitality, and outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff in reception were amazing . The family room was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast room was small but perfectly ok for Paris .

Very well located, close to the Arc de triomphe, metro station is close by, restaurants and shops all available and great service from the staff

I loved our suite, spacious with beautiful decorations. They welcomed us with delicious treats and wine. Janick, the concierge helped us with all we needed, he made reservations for our transportation and tours around the city, and we couldn't be more satisfied with his recommendations. My kids enjoyed the pool and the gym while I walked around Eliseus Champs to shop in the world-famous boutiques.

I loved the location the size of the room was superb An extra was the toilet that had a washer The size was very good and I had a balcony which is a bonus Overall I loved the hotel
